It's been too hot to use the new kiln so we spent a day with Boyfriend and his brother in downtown Portland, including visiting the Classical Chinese Garden. I love the way this photo turned out - It looks like there is a cropped edge around every leaf, but I didn't do any editing to the photo. And the little bee is so cute :)) I will be back to crafting after this week and my first Radiohead concert!!

So you know how I said I've been playing with new stuff? Here is one of the first results! Gorgeous little brass buds for your ears. They turned out *perfect* and I'm so happy!
