Ahh, thank you wonderful Sun, for finally peeking through the clouds today long enough for me to shoot some photographs of new items :) They will soon be appearing in my various shops, and hopefully the new items will bring some much-needed traffic and sales!

Those Good Ol' Unidentifiable Gemstones

So I made another bezel setting, this one a ring. It has a really cool purple and white stone, that I cannot for the life of me identify! The Etsy Forum Peeps did their best to help me out, but no sure answer was found. What do you think it is?? Use my poll at the right to vote. Update: 5/20/08 Poll Closed! Thank you for your votes! Gold, whee!

There was one thing that my Le Petit Stacking Rings were missing. Gold! So I now offer solid 14K Gold rings to add to your set, or to start your collection!

Now off to make a new batch of earrings, because my latest pair accidently got copper-plated in the pickle.. whoops! :D

New Springy Ring

I finally made the springy ring I've been thinking about for weeks. It was a bit of a battle to get both the inside ring and the coil to be even, and without a noticable joint from the soldering, but I made one! I will keep working on these because I want to get a system down, so I can offer them in specific sizes. A cool thing about it though, is the coil is actually springy enough to accomodate a size 7 thru 8 1/2 finger!

AND

I bought a real jeweler's bench! And ordered a really nice leather chair to spoil myself when I'm working at it. The bench will be delivered on Wednesday and I'm very excited. And with the money left in my bench budget I can afford to replace the flush cutters I mucked up the other day by accident! *whoops*
